We've been hearing news about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S for a while now, but now we have images of the tablet along with some of its features, ahead of its scheduled June 12th official announcement.
First off, the Galaxy Tab S is going to be one skinny slate: it measures in at 6.6mm thin with a weight of 465 grams. Looks wise, it resembles the Galaxy S5, with the same patterned texture of Samsung's flagship phone, with a golden-coppery finish emblazoning the sides of the device.

The new leaked features reveal that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S will come pre-installed with the remote PC application (which does exactly what the name implies: allows you to remotely access your PC through the tablet's WiFi or data connection), and the Tab S also lets you sync it with your Samsung Galaxy S phone to allow you to take calls directly on your tablet. A little window will pop up on the Tab S that will display the caller information, so you can talk and play around on your Samsung slate simultaneously.
The AMOLED screen of the Tab S will sport a 2560x1600 resolution, and it is powered by an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, 3GB RAM, 8MP primary camera, and a 2.1 selfie unit. The tablet offers 32GB of storage with a microSD card slot, Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. Expect the Tab S to be available for purchase by the end of this month.

Jolla's Jolla smartphone was launched back in November last year at €399. It wasn't off to a great start but it has managed to gather a massive enough user base that is getting regular software updates with new features.
It seems Jolla wants to win even more users for to the Jolla's proprietary Sailfish OS. The company has announced a permanent price cut on its official online store. Now you can have the Jolla for €349, €50 less than its launch price.
If you are into Jolla's exchangeable covers, also known as The Other half, you can get on for additional €10. Ready to get a Jolla? Follow this link for the official store.

Apple's WWDC '14 keynote starts in less than an hour and you can watch the whole thing live as it unfolds. The catch is you need a compatible Apple device.

The WWDC live stream is available to anyone using OS X 10.6 or later with Safari or iOS 4.2 or later, again on a Safari browser.
Naturally, the Apple TV owners will be able to enjoy the keynote too, they need a second or third generation Apple TV with OS v5.0.2 or later.
You can watch the WWDC live stream here.
Alternatively, you can try this stream that should be available to everyone.

Apple is expected to unveil the latest iOS 8 operating system and, maybe, if we are lucky, the 4.7" iPhone 6.

Apple took the wraps off iOS 8 during today’s WWDC keynote. The latest OS release brings a host of new features and improvements, headed by the ability to closely interact with the freshly announced OS X Yosemite.

The feature which allows iOS 8 to interact with OS X Yosemite is dubbed Handoff. An expansion of AirDrop, the functionality allows iOS 8 devices to share a multitude of tasks and data with OS X Yosemite, including phone calls messages, files, etc.

The newly announced iCloud Drive will unsurprisingly be also available on iOS 8. It will be neatly integrated into the OS and is bound to become a serious competitor to the likes of DropBox.
iCloud Drive allows you to sync your app files across all your devices. iCloud Drive is actually the closest to a unified file storage iOS has ever gotten. You start App X, you open up the iCloud Drive panel and from there you open a file, which is originally stored with App Y. Once you are done manipulating it, the file is stored back to its original location under App Y so you always know where to find the latest version. We are yet to hear about the availability details.

Apple brought the often-requested widgets to iOS with the latest release. However, those will not be located on the homescreen. Instead, you will be able to find them and interact with them in the Notification center.

Notifications in iOS 8 have become interactive as well. For example, you can directly reply to a text from the small pop-up on top of the display. The feature is handy and saves a couple of steps and you don't even have to leave the app you are currently into.

The keyboard in iOS 8 has been changed as well. It predicts more efficiently the words a user is about to input.

Even more importantly, iOS 8 finally brings the ability to install third-party keyboards. This means that the likes of SwiftKey and Swype will soon make their way to iPhones and iPads around the world.

As of its 8th version, iOS features a HealthKit suite which gathers all data collected from the device’s tracking apps and various third-party accessories. Apple has teamed up with a number of partners on the health suite including Nike and the Mayo clinic.

Apple iMessage has seen a number of improvements in iOS. The app is now an even more credible competitor to the likes of WhatsApp, gaining the ability to directly send audio and video messages from within the app.

The native email client is another thing to be improved in iOS 8. It allows users to discard unimportant messages via a simple swiping gesture.
Spotlight has been overhauled as well. It now allows users to search for uninstalled apps, songs from the iTunes store, as well as a whole lot more of useful content.
Nince months after its announcement with the iPhone 5s Apple is opening the Touch ID to developers. The fingerprint scanner will therefore soon be available to third-party apps.

TouchID The ability to utilize Touch ID is not the only feature which Apple has brought to the SDK for developers. What Apple called the biggest release since the introduction of the App Store, brings over 4,000 new APIs, including new technologies for game development.
The Photos app has also seen a refresh. It now allows edited images to be shared across all synced devices. Post-capture editing will also be synced.

The updated iPhoto As part of the iOS 8 announcement, Apple unveiled several new features for its App Store. We should expect to see an improved Search feature, App Bundles offered by devs, embedded videos in the app descriptions ala Google Play Store, and devs will be able to invite users to closed bets testing of future versions of their apps.

The new App Store
Family sharing is an iOS 8 feature which allows up to six users to share iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases. Family photos, calendar entries and locations can also be shared.

Family sharing
Enterprise features have also been improved in iOS 8. Updates cover beefed up security, new productivity features, as well as better data and device management tools.
Apple iOS 8 will be available to everyone this fall, while a developer Beta of the OS has been released today. Compatible iPhone devices include all models from iPhone 4s onwards.

iOS 8 availability details
On the tablet side, iPad 2 and all following releases will be treated to the update. The iPod Touch 5 will be the only one to get updated from the company's music player lineup.

The news about Apple acquiring popular audio equipment manufacturer Beats Audio came three weeks ago, but the deal is yet to be confirmed by the Cupertino giant. This is about to happen now as The New York Post reports that Apple is preparing to finalize the purchase this week.

The acquisition was initially said to be valued at $3.2 billion, but the company has rounded down the amount to a $3 billion, after what sources indicate is a more accurate evaluation of Beats' actual worth.
Several reports surfaced earlier this week of Beats co-owner Dr. Dre's allegedly inebriated boast that he would become the first billionaire rapper following the acquisition, which some sources claim put the entire deal at risk.
Ironically, the lower $3 billion valuation would mean Dr. Dre would grosses a maximum of $750 million from the deal, which added to the $275 million he earned over the past three years would still put him just shy of a seven figure net worth due to taxes.
Apple would meanwhile get the company's first music streaming service, Beats Music, which many analysts value almost as highly as its popular headphones and speaker brands.

News out of Germany indicates that German carrier Deutsche Telekom has been telling its support staff that the new Apple iPhone 6 will be released on September 19.

While the undoubtedly highly speculative date is to be taken with more than the usual grain of salt, it does coincide with past two iPhone launches, both of which happened during September. As before, it's expected that the iPhone 6 will be released on a Friday, following an announcement which will likely take place earlier a week or two earlier.
The iPhone 6 is strongly hinted at (and even pictured) sporting a larger, 4.7" screen, with rumors of an even bigger 5.5" model somewhere down the line.

You all know the iPhone 5c – it was supposed to become the long awaited cheap iPhone that will help Apple expand its reach and strengthen its presence in developing markets. Except that it wasn’t particularly cheap, which kinda ruined the whole deal.
As previously expected, in an attempt to fix that Apple has now launched a new 8GB version of the iPhone 5c in India. It costs INR37,500, which translates to €470 or $640, which is INR4,000 (€50/$68) lower than the 16GB version of the “unapologetically plastic” smartphone.

That’s hardly the definition of cheap and one can certainly wonder whether spending that much money on a phone with storage so limited is a smart move. Yet those that don’t have a big multimedia library or play too many games might see things otherwise.
It’s also worth pointing out that there are several promotions going on that let Indian customers save INR4,000 on the 16GB iPhone 5c, so if the 8GB version receives the same treatment it might drop to slightly more sensible levels. Still, even if that happens the 8GB iPhone 5c will cost as much as the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo or an LG G2 – that’s certainly not going to be an easy sell for Apple.

The Apple iPhone 6 mockups and dummies are coming by the dozens these days. Today, yet another maker has published pictured of its upcoming cases, hugging the next Apple flagship.
While we can't completely rely on the images to confirm the actual design, they are usually based on the real dimensions of the next iPhone, which Apple has to provide for its partners in advance. The button and camera cutouts should be accurate too, and judging by those photos they won't be any different they those of the iPhone 5s.

The audio jack will remain at the bottom, alongside the lightning port and the loudspeaker grille. The volume and mute/rotation lock key remain in their usual places, too. We don't get a side view this time, so we are no closer to solving the straight or sloping edges mystery.

We are still at least three (and likely four) months away from seeing the Apple iPhone 6 officially, and we doubt those leaks will be slowing down until then. However, for all the renders and dummies we have seen the specs picture is pretty blurry - a larger 4.7" is probably the most certain bit, although we wouldn't bet the house on that one either.
We are also hearing a slimmer body and thinner bezels and we'll be rather surprised if those don't turn out true. The screen resolution rumors are all over the place, though, and camera info is pretty contradictory, too. Then again, we can't hope for much more so far away from the announcements - perhaps even Apple hasn't fully finalized the specs sheet at this point.
